Overview

We are seeking a skilled Vinyl Installer responsible for installing and removing vinyl materials with precision on various surfaces. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality finishes that meet project specifications and brand standards, while following safety procedures and working efficiently with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret work proofs to ensure accuracy.
  
• Install various types of vinyl (sign, wrap, painted, etc.) with precision and care.
  
• Cut, trim, and prepare vinyl to size and specifications.
  
• Apply adhesives and monitor curing processes to ensure durability.
  
• Use Graphtec cutters for precise vinyl cutting.
  
• Perform vinyl or PPF removal and detailing services.
  
• Laminate and apply print media onto various substrates.
  
• Handle and manage different substrates, including vinyl, fabric, and rigid materials.
  
• Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize workflow.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
  
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards throughout the installation process.
  

Requirements

Education:

• High school diploma or GED.
  

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years as a vinyl installer in the sign or printer industry.
  
• Strong understanding of vinyl installation techniques and best practices.
  
• Graphic design and printing experience is an asset.
  

Certifications:

• Vinyl installation or wrap certifications (3M, Avery, Oracal – preferred).
  

Skills:

• Proficient in vinyl installation techniques.
  
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
  
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  
• Experience with vinyl graphics application (Glass, Walls, Floors, plastic, acrylic, trucks).
  
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Ability to meet production deadlines efficiently.
