Key Responsibilities

  • Provide concierge services to visitors, clients and partners
  • Oversee office space governance
  • Supervise, coordinate and provide support to the receptionist, switchboard and mail room teams
  • Establish and maintain relationship with key vendors (cleaning, maintenance, supplies, couriers, security staff) to ensure high quality services
  • Liaise with Property Management on all building related matters and maintain good relations
  • Management and day to day administration of Leases and Subleases
  • Evaluate building work completed for conformance to specifications
  • Participate in planning and forecasting of budgets

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Postsecondary education in Office Management or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of office management experience
  • Strong track record of customer service and people management
  • Ability to handle multiple requests in a fastpaced environment and be responsive to requests/service issues
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide and implement recommendations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, including third parties
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Detail oriented
