Duties:

• Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Provide guidance and advice on insurance coverage options
• Review policy terms and conditions with clients
• Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and coverage information
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products

Requirements:

• Proven experience in insurance sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of various insurance products and coverage options
• Sales administration skills, including the ability to manage client accounts and documentation
