is looking for a motivated and hard-working individual to join their inside sales team, with a focus in project quotations.

An inside sales representative, project quoter, will work closely with the other members of the inside sales team, including specifications, project coordination and lighting design, while also supporting and communicating with the outside sales team, as well as, working with other industry professionals including suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers.

As an Inside Sales Representative / Project Quotes, you will be responsible for


Inside Sales - Project Quoter Responsibilities:

  • Process timely detailed and accurate quotation responses to the customers
  • Receive incoming sales calls and customer inquiries.
  • Review customer requirements and inventory to provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Document any order requirement exceptions taken and confirmed.
  • Follow up on quotes directly with customers or with the support of the outside sales team.
  • Determine lead times or expedite orders to ensure customer delivery dates are achieved.
  • Source and purchase buyins from suppliers that can meet customer requirements at the best cost while achieving the required quality level.
  • Maintain excellent communications with the Integra team, specifically internal departments, customers, and suppliers.

Education:


  • Post secondary education is an asset, however not required.

Sales Experience:


  • Inside or outside sales experience is an asset, however not required.

Work Experience:


  • Experience in the lighting or electrical industry is an asset, however not required.

Additional Assets:


  • Understanding of the lighting and/or electrical industry.
  • Interest or knowledge of lighting controls
  • Comfortable with technology in general, proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills in dealing with external and internal customers.
  • Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
