Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.


Role Description:

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Administrative Assistant will be a key member of the administrative team within ABCO. The Administrative Assistant will greet and direct clients and customers and will answer and direct incoming calls.

They will be responsible for overseeing the sign in/sign out book for external visitors as well as overseeing the employee evacuation list in case of an emergency.

Other primary duties will include sorting and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, keeping the phone list up to date and updating phone messages for holidays.

They will handle mail and bank runs, when required, and prepare monthly job material charge out sheets.


Upon request, the Administrative Assistant will support various departments with letters, faxes, memos, bulletins, photocopying, completing marketing mailouts and ordering promotional materials.

The Administrative Assistant will also be assigned projects such as updating standard operating procedures across the organization.
