- Own the product strategy & roadmap for advisor and client management and engagement that driver measurable outcomes for our customer, users and for Purpose.
- Deeply understand advisor, admin, investor and compliance needs through interviews, journey mapping, and workflow analysis.
- Define clear requirements (product briefs, backlog,) for contact/household records, activities, tasks, pipeline, and alerts.
- Lead delivery with engineering and design to ship high‑quality features on time.
- Embed compliance by design into workflows for onboarding, suitability, ongoing reviews, and record‑keeping.
- Bring data/AI to design and ship AI‑assisted workflows (e.g., summaries, recommendations, next‑best‑actions), including defining evaluation criteria, guardrails, and feedback loops.
- Measure impact and adoption using product metrics (usage, time saved, data completeness, advisor satisfaction).
- Align and communicate with stakeholders across Sales, Advisor Experience, Ops, Compliance, on priorities and releases.
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in WealthTech, or FinTech.
- Strong understanding of wealth management / financial advisory business models (RIA, dealer, private wealth, etc.).
- Hands‑on experience with CRM or CRM‑like systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or vertical/advisor CRMs).
- Proven track record of owning a product/area end‑to‑end: discovery, definition, delivery, and go‑to‑market.
- Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and data models (a big plus, if you understand how wealth data works)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset: able to define metrics and make data‑informed decisions.
- A big plus, if you have experience working on or with AI‑powered features (e.g., LLM‑based copilots, recommendations, or intelligent alerts), including some exposure to evaluation (offline metrics, user feedback) and model/feature iteration.

Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Wealth Management Engagement to lead our advisor‑facing engagement and client management workspace (think advisor "Operating system"). You'll work at the intersection of wealth management, technology, AI, and compliance—translating advisor and investor needs into intuitive, scalable products and embedding intelligent assistance directly into advisor workflows.
Our platform is the operating system for wealth advisors—powering client and investor management, workflow execution, and insight delivery. You'll own the roadmap that helps advisors spend less time on admin and more time with clients—driving measurable gains in efficiency and organic growth.
