Costing Analyst and play a pivotal role in providing financial and operational support for our East region.

As a
Costing Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our Costing team to maintain financial accuracy and support operational excellence in our East region.

From managing costing modules in our ERP system to preparing variance reports and leading costing calls, you'll be at the forefront of driving efficiency and transparency within our organization.

KEY REPONSIBILITIES

Maintain costing module in the ERP system for all animal feed plants in the East Region.
Collaborate with multidepartmental teams to update costs regularly and for new or revised individual items.
Prepare and distribute monthly variance reports for purchase price, spending, volume, usage, etc.
Respond to departmental costing queries and provide timely corrections or direction to the appropriate party.
Participate in and occasionally lead costing calls.

PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA:

Experience in the agriculture or food industry is a significant asset.

Familiarity with a standard costing environment is preferred
:

Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and experience in an ERP environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Demonstrated organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines.

GOOD TO KNOW:

This position will be based in the EST time zone.
Work will primarily be remote, with occasional team meetings in the office.
