Our dedicated Technical Sales Team, Key Accounts Manager, and Lead Generation Manager will be there every step of the way to assist you.
Prior knowledge of motors is not necessary as we will provide you with a comprehensive three-month training program to equip you with a solid foundation in motor knowledge.
Additionally, we'll train you on our sales playbook, which encompasses the essential steps you will execute in your role. Throughout your journey with us, you will receive continuous coaching and mentoring to nurture your professional growth.- Once you have successfully completed your initial three months of training, you'll be tasked with cold calling 50 prospects per day, making it a significant part of your daily activities. Our eMotors playbook will guide you in effectively qualifying prospects and, if they are a suitable fit, scheduling virtual sales meetings with our Lead Generation Manager. These virtual sales meetings will be facilitated by our Lead Generation Manager, and you will attend to ensure a seamless transfer of the prospect.
- Create targeted prospect lists that align with our Ideal Customer Profiles and devise a strategic approach by conducting thorough customer research prior to making each call. Take the time to plan out your 50 daily calls to maximize efficiency and ensure optimal results.
- Rest assured that all prospect notes, tasks, and deals will be meticulously documented in our Customer Relationship Management tool, ensuring seamless organization and efficiency

As you excel in this role, you will have the option to transition into a lead generation specialist position, where you will not only facilitate sales meetings but also take ownership of the entire prospect journey throughout the sales cycle.

Education:
