Do you want to be one of the 64,500 employees around the world who work every day to invent the future? We are currently seeking an Administrative Agent for its office located in Dartmouth, NS.

The main responsibilities will be to assist the department in the administrative tasks related to our business operations and support the sales and customer service teams.

Complete the data entry and analyze the discrepancies and makes the appropriate recommendations

Responsible for billing, as well as all activities related to optimal management of supplier accounts;

Participate in special projects, particularly in terms of process improvement and operational efficiencies;

Help increase the efficiency of operations and the development of innovative practices;

Contribute to achieving your department's goals by maximizing resources and tools;

Ensure excellent customer service, which will maintain a high rate of satisfaction with our clients.
