- Northpoint Commercial Finance offers businesses across North America personal, flexible financing options such as inventory finance and assetbased lending to support their business growth needs.
- Responsible for supporting the Inside Sales Manager by organizing and coordinating inside sales campaigns and soliciting new business. Serve as point person to manage the company's customer relationship management software, assisting the field sales team as necessary. Involves frequent interaction with the field sales team and propective customers, both at the manufacturer and dealer level. #LI-Remote
Responsibilities
- Solicit new business through dealer based inside sales campaigns, providing an overview of the company background and services
- Manage the company's customer relationship management (CRM) software. Maintain the CRM database, including setting up new users, assigning user access and rights, uploading new data, generating regular reporting and assisting the field sales team as required
- Coordinate company trade show and dealer meeting participation
- Handles customer research
- Performs other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned

Education/Experience
Minimum of high school diploma.
Language AbilityMath Ability**Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to interpret graphs.
Reasoning AbilityComputer Skills**Microsoft Office required, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to rapidly become proficient in the utilization of the customer relationship management software is critical.
