    Reporting to the Executive Vice President and working closely with the President, the Vice President, Construction enjoys direct access to executive leadership and a collaborative structure that supports alignment, informed decisions, and shared oversight of key project initiatives. The VP provides strategic and leadership across all aspects of Marcon's construction portfolio, ensuring the disciplined execution of projects with excellence in schedule, cost, quality, and safety. This role stewards the performance and maturity of construction operations, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and proactive risk management. As a key member of Marcon's senior leadership team, the VP champions purpose and values, elevates operational capability, and ensures Marcon's teams are equipped, aligned, and empowered to deliver industry‑leading results.

    The ideal candidate is a dynamic and highly effective construction Director, VP or SVP with a proven track record managing the entire construction life cycle of multiple complex construction projects that include high rise residential, commercial and/or industrial. Armed with strong end‑to‑end construction management expertise gained as a GC or in‑house, the preferred candidate will be a positive, empowering leader with the ability to both inspire staff and hold them to high account. The ability to foster innovation and identify value‑added opportunities through all phases of a project is a key requirement for this role.

Based in Metro Vancouver, with regular work in both the Langley and downtown Vancouver offices, the role offers the chance to make a lasting impact within a firm that builds for legacy, not just for today.

    The expected compensation range for this role is $275,000 to $325,000, plus financial incentives and benefits.
