Based in Toronto, the Co-op/Intern, Data Management will report to the ECM Data Analysts.

Vice President, International Asset Management and will support QuadReal's International Asset Management team in providing analytical support for multiple asset types (multifamily, office, industrial and student housing) on the company's growing number of assets in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas.

What You Will Experience:

Interact with stakeholders to develop an understanding of business processes
Assist business users in using SharePoint, and related tools
Provide exceptional customer service while responding to requests for technical support
Clearly identify, document, analyze, and find solutions for data, document, and software issues
Contribute to documentation and knowledgebase article library
Assist with document migration, reporting and documentation tasks on ECM projects as required

What You'll Bring:

Currently enrolled in an academic program preferably in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Data Analytics
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detailoriented and proficient in building and handling complicated data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results that articulate key themes and messages.
Previous experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira would be considered an asset. Along with relatable experience working with document mitigation tools.
