The Reconditioning Manager, working under the direction of the General Manager, is primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Pro Shine location.

This position will also provide general support to the Pro Shine employees including but not limited to managing & mentoring to ensure profitability.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the operations of the mechanical shop, wash bay and detail departments.
• Oversee the operations of the undercoating bay and the portable paint tent.
• Act as a liaison between the required dealerships and Pro Shine.
• Assign and oversee work to ensure maximum profitability.
• Effectively manage, lead and coach employees.
• Take professional photos of all used vehicles and upload to websites Performs other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the automotive sector including, washing and cleaning vehicles.
• Interested in and knowledgeable about cars, repairs, and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract and be able to drive a manual shift
• Experience working with cleaning products and cleaning tools including power washers.
