  • Supervises and participates in the safe and costeffective completion of industrial services projects;
  • Operates chemical units and equipment as required;
  • Responsible for supervising crews during chemical cleaning projects;
  • Responsible for execution of chemical cleaning jobs/projects;
  • Demonstrate proficiency at a wide variety of assignments and can direct personnel in operational procedures to complete assignments.
  • Works with the dispatchers in the allocation of manpower, equipment, and other resources needed for the next day;
  • Organizes crews, delegates job responsibilities, and verifies that the appropriate equipment is available and onsite to complete the project/job;
  • Works on an oncall rotation and responds quickly and immediately to requests;
  • Trains and mentors technicians and provides input to the general management regarding performance evaluations for individuals to whom this position has direct supervision;
  • Reports workrelated accidents and incidents to supervision in a timely manner;
  • Ability to travel overnight based on project demands required;
  • 3+ years of experience with high pressure water blasting is required;
  • Experience in a supervisor capacity is an asset;
  • Class 3Q License is an asset, valid driver's license is required;
  • Willing to travel 30% of the time, up to 2 weeks away from home.
