Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
Maintains excellent customer relations;
Supervises and participates in the safe and costeffective completion of industrial services projects;
Operates chemical units and equipment as required;
Responsible for supervising crews during chemical cleaning projects;
Responsible for execution of chemical cleaning jobs/projects;
Demonstrate proficiency at a wide variety of assignments and can direct personnel in operational procedures to complete assignments.
Works with the dispatchers in the allocation of manpower, equipment, and other resources needed for the next day;
Organizes crews, delegates job responsibilities, and verifies that the appropriate equipment is available and onsite to complete the project/job;
Works on an oncall rotation and responds quickly and immediately to requests;
Trains and mentors technicians and provides input to the general management regarding performance evaluations for individuals to whom this position has direct supervision;
Reports workrelated accidents and incidents to supervision in a timely manner;
Ability to travel overnight based on project demands required;
3+ years of experience with high pressure water blasting is required;
Experience in a supervisor capacity is an asset;
Class 3Q License is an asset, valid driver's license is required;
Willing to travel 30% of the time, up to 2 weeks away from home.
