Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Prep Cook/Dishwasher.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation and ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the cook in preparing meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well within a team
