Maintenance Manager

We are looking to fill a position for a Full Time Maintenance Manager at the Howard Johnson Winnipeg West.

We are a full service hotel consisting of 43 guest Rooms, Sports Bar & Grill, VLT Bar & Beer Store.

We pride ourselves on having a well looked after facility.


This position will entail looking after all maintenance related items with the hotel and keeping it in working order as well as tackling all preventative maintenance items and further improvements.


Skills required for the job are as follows:

  • Electrical Systems Knowledge
  • Drywalling including mudding and taping
  • Painting
  • Technical Skills
  • Building Maintenance Knowledge
  • PTAC unit knowledge
  • Be able to perform preventative maintenance without guidance
  • Perform General Labouring Duties

Must Have's for the Job

  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • Vehicle

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
