Adaria Vending Services is a Vaughan based company specializing in logistics and fulfillment services for vending machines and unattended retail spaces.

We're a young, dynamic team dedicated to providing industry leading fulfillment technology in Canada.
We are looking for a Unattended Retail Manager to join our team. The Retail Store Manager will oversee multiple unattended retail location and its staff (if applicable).


Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining, supervising, and covering all aspects of operations
  • Manage product planogram and inventory levels to ensure adequate product supply with mínimal spoilage
  • Develop and implement best practices and processes in
  • Develop, review, manage, and analyze key indicators, financial parameters, controls, and business processes to ensure optimal results
  • Use and manage different computer systems to run operation
  • Keeping management informed of operation initiatives and key updates
  • Maintain budgets and record inventory for all purchases and sales. Perform inventory counts as needed and oversee various marking strategies to maximize sales.
  • Maintain a clean environment safe from all hazards. Liaise with technology vendors to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
  • Lead staff and hiring for all vacant positions.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration preferred or recent related experience.
  • Ability to stay calm, patient and professional at all times.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven record of motivating staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of balancing and maintaining budgets.
  • Prior experience operating or managing attended or unattended retail environment (convenience stores, gas stations, micromarkets, etc.)
