What is the role?
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for contacting and developing sales leads, closing sales and providing ongoing service to distributors, engineers, specifiers, HVAC, mechanical and electrical contractors within the construction industry.
Who you are
To be a successful member of our Sales Team you must be a dynamic and proven sales professional to drive new and existing sales of our patented Gripple hanger products to the construction market in our British Columbia territory.
To be considered for the position, you must:
- Be based in the Territory, ideally in the area of Metro Vancouver
- Have strong organization skills
- Have experience of selling products into the construction industry, MEP and Seismic sales could be a plus
- Be technically competent with the ability and willingness to learn
- Work well both as part of a team and as an individual, using your own initiative
- Possess the drive, enthusiasm and work ethic to be able to turn an objective into tangible results
- Possess the ability to influence and persuade endusers and specifiers to adopt innovative new products
- Have the right to work permanently in Canada with a full G Canada driving licence

Experience:
- Sales to Distributors & Contractors of MEP Services : 4 years (preferred)
- Sales to Architects, Engineers, Consultant, End Users : 4 years (preferred)
- Sales to the Commercial Construction Industry : 4 years (preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
