Provide informal leadership and mentoring to our high-performance audit team as you monitor and enhance the quality of audits performed.

You'll be product owner for related technologies and create reporting materials for our Audit Committee.

What you'll do:

Execute quality assurance and improvement program
Ensure compliance with IIA principles and standards
Perform annual review of the Audit Committee's performance
Manage relevant technologies and ensure they're compliant with IIA standards
Develop learning initiatives pertaining to our three lines of defense

What we're looking for:

Change leader who can advocate, build support for, and implement new ideas
Skilled coach and mentor
Problemsolver who enjoys research, experimenting with new ideas, and outofthebox assignments
Analytical thinker proficient at using data to assess risk

What you'll need:

A bachelor's degree in business or commerce and at least six years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Professional accounting (CPA) or auditing (CIA) designation
