KUBRA is looking for an ambitious, innovative Technical Training Specialist to join the team
As Technical Training Specialist, you will instruct and facilitate a breadth of Product, Service, and Industry leading material that covers both foundational and advanced concepts, enabelling Our People, clients, and partners in the implementation and usage of KUBRA Solutions.

In this role, you will employ delivery best practices using a variety of e-delivery solutions and presentation formats including classroom led instruction, engaging lectures, video recordings, live demonstration, and technical training labs.

- Consistently deliver exceptional instructional facilitation, creating an optimal learning experience for every individual, group, and client training event offered.
- Facilitate meaningful, insightful, and open interaction within instructorled training events, further enhancing the education of our people, and our clients.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning at KUBRA, and for the Clients we serve.
- Drive learning excellence through the consistent activation of the feedback loop through end of event surveys, retrospectives/lessons learned.
- Demonstrate indepth knowledge of KUBRA's business.
- Support Learning Development in creating learning assets including documentation, workflows, videos, exercises, tutorials, assessments, and more.
- Be the resident expert in training course delivery and facilitation at KUBRA.
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Business Development to identify client training needs and agendas.

- Knowledge of online teaching and learning methods
- Exposure to learning management systems
- Excellent skills to express complex technical issues both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of professional personnel
- Excellent organization, time management and problemsolving skills
- Results driven
What skills do you need?:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or commensurate experience in a relevant position
- 35 years of experience as a training specialist and/or instructional designer
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Software Trainer
- Experience as a Technical Writer is an asset
