Bingemans is seeking
Camping Resort Attendants who will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to guests in the Bingemans Camping Resort.

What will you be doing?

Performing all duties of the front desk agent (including opening and closing)
Taking reservations, registering campers, selling passes to Big Splash and FunworX as well as items in the Camper Store.
Answering incoming calls, responding to online reservations, and completing campground checks.
Performing basic housekeeping duties in the public area washrooms, shower facilities, cabins, and yurts (approximately 40% of the time).
Perform any other duties as requested by a supervisor or management staff.

What we're Looking For?

Excellent customer service experience required.
Ability to handle customer conflicts and complaints and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent organizational skills.
Previous cash handling experience preferred.
Data entry into computerized reservation system.

Must be available to work varied hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous work in a campground or hotel and enrollment in a hospitality and/or tourism program is an asset.
