- Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
- Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
- Proof of (minimum) double COVID-19 vaccination
- Relatively open availability
- Flexible and adaptable
- Able to work in high volume, fast paced environments
- Able to work within a team or independently from site to site
- Must be able to work a minimum of four (4) shifts every 30 consecutive days
- Certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB) are preferred
- Paladin provides an opt-in certification program for applicants who are not currently certified prior to your Paladin onboarding. More details are available as requested during the interview
- Able to attend blended virtual & in-class training during the week
- 6+ months of security experience preferred
- 6+ months of customer service experience preferred
