Description

• Lead Quality Engineering activities within sprint and System integration phase working closely with all teams to plan, execute, report and drive continuous improvement
• Implement quality engineering best practices at every opportunity and ensure accurate status tracking/ reporting to QE Lead/Manager
• Drive an automation first approach contributing to analyze, develop, debug, execute and maintain complex automated test cases.
• Be responsible for all project/ release testing activities (e.g. integration, business acceptance, performance, operability etc.)
• Prioritize testing tasks, ensure milestones, activities, tasks are completed as scheduled.
• Create and execute test case creation and execution to ensure team meets timelines.
• Ensure testing does not impact the production environment (e.g., file transmission scheduling), meets information security/privacy policies/guidelines.
• Follow established testing processes, in doing so, identify, assess, address, resolve and/or escalate, develop contingency plans as needed.
• Participate in audit reviews of test artifacts, ensure they meet standards and audit requirements, and are stored in the project site.
• Participate in gating reviews, testing activities and artifacts, ensure they adhere to gating criteria.

• Strong Testing and Leadership Skills
• Create test strategies and plans, capture and report test metrics, ability to drive sprint scope, retrospection and influence changes to align to best practices (5 years)
• Strong working knowledge of Java
• Ability to write code/ functions for complex scenarios, integration points and supporting multiple technologies (legacy and digital) (2+ years)
• Exposure of working and delivering in an Agile Insprint environment with focus on automation (3+ Years)
• Knowledge and working experience on UI Automation frameworks with skillsets aligned to JAVA selenium & Selenium Grid (3+ years)
• Knowledge and working experience on Mobile Automation frameworks (i.e. Appium) and toolsets (2+ years)
• Knowledge and working experience on API Automation frameworks (i.e RestAssured) & scripting (2+ years)
• Working experience with Devops environment & integrating with CI/CD pipelines (2+ years)

• Sprint ceremonies, scrum methodology, planning and retrospections (3+ years)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Works independently with mínimal supervision

• Jenkins, GIT, Cucumber, Maven, Parasoft (SOATEST), Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Xray
• Good to have
• Previous banking experience
• Understanding of business banking servicing platforms
• Knowledge on Microsoft Azure and working with testing cloud hosted APIs & Infrastructure
• Ability to work in a behavior driven development model (BDD)
