Manage all aspects of store operations. Lead and develop Associate Store Team Leaders, Team Leaders, and Team Members.Internal Applicants
- This position is open to existing Associate Store Team Leaders and Store Team Leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest retail standards for store execution, cleanliness and maintenance are being met or exceeded at all times.
- Build a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
- Use expertise to positively influence situations and effectively communicate ideas and changes to Team Members.
- Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate and counsel Team Members in a manner that builds and sustains a highperformance team and minimizes turnover.
- Use creative and innovative thinking to build sales and legendary customer service, effectively address problems, and successfully adapt to the market and competition.
- Provide ideas and suggestions that contribute to the growth of the store and region.
- Inspire Team Members, set clear expectations and develop Team Members to excellence.
- Support Team Member growth and development by promoting a culture of training.
- Lead in understanding, implementing, and living the company Core Values.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Desired Work Experiences:
- 3+ years of experience in a Store Leadership role in the Grocery Industry
