Description

Job Summary:

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with clients.
  • Oversee and coordinate operations working closely with Company's management.
  • Supervise and manage team schedules and tasks.
  • Manage travel arrangements: book hotels, flight tickets, transportation, etc.
  • Manage vendor management, including supplies and relationships with suppliers.
  • Support payroll processing and accounting procedures.
  • Manage front desk operations and directing inquiries.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing calendars.
  • Enter data into Company systems, track time spent on projects.
  • Track team performance, indicate training needs.
  • Oversee HR procedures.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Sage or accounting software is preferred
  • Experience in team management and supervision is a plus

Pay:
$65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
