This is mainly a remote role, but you might need to meet in person, attend events, or assist with various other tasks. You don't have to have a car, but a license is necessary.


Job Opportunity:

Our CEO, Jess Grossman, is on the lookout for a full-time Content Creator & Personal Assistant. This position involves managing and prioritizing her daily tasks, calendar, appointments, creating content for her verified Instagram and other social media, as well as curating content for company pages and supporting her charitable endeavors.

  • Tasks working alongside Jess include:
  • Strategizing, collecting, editing, and posting content on personal and company social platforms
  • Coordinating personal communications and appointments for personal, company, and charity purposes
  • Supporting upcoming speaking engagements, TV appearances, or events
  • Managing deliverables between Jess and other parties
  • Engaging in special projects related to In Social and her charitable activities
  • Collaborating with the In Social team to organize meetings and ensure tasks are completed
  • What's Required:
  • Interest in supporting a busy CEO
  • Minimum of 12 years experience in social media content creation
  • Strong writing skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks efficiently
  • Excellent time management
  • High level of discretion
  • Keen eye for organization and detail
  • Adaptability to changing situations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to work outside regular hours

Compensation:
$16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 per week
