    The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the full cycle recruitment and administrative process. This role can be based in Swift Current, Humboldt, Kamsack, Kelvington, Kindersley, Yorkton and various other locations

    HR Coordinator responsibilities:
    • Creates a deep and diverse talent pool to service multiple districts
    • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop a strategic hiring plan
    • Spearheads full cycle high volume recruitment by also utilizing social media, events and other avenues for attracting talent
    • Prioritizes and manages a high volume of resumes and ability to meet tight deadlines
    • Plays an integral role in the company's recruitment and staffing strategy
    • Ensures compliance with employment laws
    • Build relationships with internal stakeholders
    • Maintains candidate databases using Dayforce
    • Maintains strong communication throughout recruitment processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience as a main point of contact
    • Conducts reference checks, document coordination for applications, and applicable background checks
    • Attends networking events, hiring fairs, and other applicable events to gain exposure and promote the company brand
    The successful candidate has:
    • 1+ years of full cycle, high volume recruitment experience within the farming industry.
    • Living on a farm or having experience in the farm industry is a huge asset.
    • A degree, diploma or certificate in Human Resources or a related field is an asset
    • Experience with HRIS systems, Workday or a CRM is an asset
    • Intermediate MS Office Suite skills are a must, including excel
    • Proven knowledge and application of employment laws and regulations
    • Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple demands and meeting deadlines
    • A committed and go getter mentality, being a team player
    Compensation and benefits:
    • The discussed salary range is $50,000-$55,000 depending on experience
    • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
