Site Supervisor in our

As a
Site Supervisor, you will be responsible to:

Work collaboratively with the service and install team and project manager to oversee day-to-day project activities;
Demonstrate an indepth understanding of the safety requirements of the job site and verify protocols are properly followed;
Assist with quality control and ensure project deliverables are successfully met;
Coordinate with subcontractors to meet timelines and verify compliance with the scope of the job, workplace health and safety, and environmental quality;
Identify conflicts in construction progress and report them to the project manager;
Maintain client relations by communicating effectively with clients, architects, and engineers in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

Your Experience:

Ideally, you bring 2+ years of experience in a similar supervisory role in the commercial construction industry;
Extensive experience with the service and installation of commercial doors, frames, and hardware, and an overall familiarity of Division 8, 10, and 28 scopes of work is considered a strong asset;
Ability to see projects through the full construction life cycle from estimating, procurement, installation, and successful turnover to clients;
Must possess valid driver's license without restrictions.
