Description
PipeFlo Contracting Corp is outfitted with the latest trenchless technology and equipment for pipeline inspection, maintenance and rehabilitation of water distribution and wastewater collection systems and industrial process piping.
We are currently looking for a Full-time Project Coordinator to assist in the co-ordination and administration tasks for Dispatch Operations.

- Plan, direct and manage all aspects of assigned project, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, quality, production, and efficiency
- Attend pre
- Review daily field logs and followup with crew for any questions
- Review PACP video inspections for quality assurance by operator
- Communicate to client any identified contract extras for approved billing
- Track daily production from field crews and input the daily production into project tracking sheets to ensure the job on schedule within the targeted completion date
- Prepare daily updates & forecast for the Operation's team on performance of projects
- Participate in daily operations meetings
- Job site visits as required, complete employee evaluation forms
- Ensure crews are working in compliance with IHSA Safety Standards and submitting related COR documents with their daily paperwork
- Complete all purchase orders accurately orders & sign off when received
- Maintain a sound knowledge of PipeFlo Company Policy and Health and Safety Policies
- Assist in the duties of project administration, including start up documents with schedules
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent
- C.E.T. designation and/or equivalent of technical training
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using B2W or other database software considered an asset
- Strong communication skills, organization skills, sound decision making skills
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate multiple crews with a positive attitude
- PACP or knowledge of the Trenchless Industry considered an asset
- Experience with trenchless technology or sewer and watermain projects will be considered an asset
- Valid 'G' Driver's License complete with Driver's Abstract
