2023 Summer Student - Cards Process Strategy Analyst Intern
What is the opportunity?
You will be accountable for supporting a team that is focused on developing and managing processes supporting the Card, Payments & Loyalty businesses across Canada, United States & Caribbean.
You will drive value through effective use of operation levers such as process optimization, quality assurance, automation, identification of key risk and controls and end-to-end process efficiency.
You will collaborate with partners to ensure that global cards and loyalty processes are future ready, resilient, efficient and provide the backbone for a best in market client experience.
What will you do?
- Work with process owners to develop a process library for all card and loyalty processes
- Work with process owners to capture key cards and loyalty procedures in process maps
- Collect process related documentation (procedures, process maps, job aids, etc.) and store them into a properly structured library
- Develop an architecture and map of the various call trees for clients and employees
What do you need to succeed?
Must-haves:
- Currently enrolled in a postsecondary institution
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong critical thinker
- Detail oriented
- Desire to learn
- Experience in PowerPoint would be an asset or a drive to learn new software tools
- Business analysis
