2023 Summer Student - Cards Process Strategy Analyst Intern

What is the opportunity?

You will be accountable for supporting a team that is focused on developing and managing processes supporting the Card, Payments & Loyalty businesses across Canada, United States & Caribbean.

You will drive value through effective use of operation levers such as process optimization, quality assurance, automation, identification of key risk and controls and end-to-end process efficiency.

You will collaborate with partners to ensure that global cards and loyalty processes are future ready, resilient, efficient and provide the backbone for a best in market client experience.

What will you do?

Work with process owners to develop a process library for all card and loyalty processes
Work with process owners to capture key cards and loyalty procedures in process maps
Collect process related documentation (procedures, process maps, job aids, etc.) and store them into a properly structured library
Develop an architecture and map of the various call trees for clients and employees

What do you need to succeed?

Must-haves:

Currently enrolled in a postsecondary institution
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong critical thinker
Detail oriented
Desire to learn
Experience in PowerPoint would be an asset or a drive to learn new software tools
Business analysis
