Are you a skilled and motivated individual with a passion for construction and project management? Look no further Grandvilla Construction Ltd.

is seeking a Framing Site Supervisor to join our dynamic framing team immediately.


With a diverse range of projects spanning the Lower Mainland, including Vancouver, the North Shore and Tri-Cities, this is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction ventures.


Wage:
$35-$42


Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
  • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
  • Oversee the entire project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and maintaining highquality workmanship
  • Collaborate with site carpenters, labourers, and subcontractors to coordinate project tasks effectively
  • Review design plans and project requirements with the project manager and design team
  • Maintain a clean job site and adhere to safety protocols
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Communicate professionally and personably with clients regarding project updates

Requirements:


  • 510 years of carpentry experience or equivalent education in carpentry
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to project sites
  • Ownership of basic carpentry tools
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
  • Interest in professional growth and development within the company
  • Must currently reside in Canada
