SAP QA Test Lead

Create and review Non Functional Test scripts using LoadRunner/JMeter for web portals and native apps
Execute Load Tests, Stress Test, SOAK Test and Break Tests
Analyze performance results to identify system inefficiencies and suggest optimizations to address the same
Report discrepancies and analyze them to determine the root cause. Evaluate script failures at high level
Coordinate with development and Infra teams/peers on the resolution of issues and ensuring that high standards of quality are being met
Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis
Knowledge of full system development life cycles and various development methodologies
Coach and mentor the junior team members to nurture team productivity and professional development

Salary:
$110,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
