Description
We are looking for a Painter and/or Painters Helper for a structural steel shop.
Our shifts are currently Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 4:30PM or 44 hours a week, with some weekends and overtime (depending on how busy we are).
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Perform SP2-SP3 "power-clean" and other pre-painting activities on parts in preparation for painting/fabrication
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment and observe good safety habits
- Adhere to all OSHA and HazMat Procedures with respect to the storage and handling of materials in the area
- Responsible for reporting malfunctions of equipment or processing to the supervisor.
**Starting wage will depend on work experience.

From $21.00 per hour

Experience:
Structural Painting: 2 years (required)
