Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator to join our team.

As the IT Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our internal IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality across all systems and providing technical support to our employees.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems and platforms.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up and configuring hardware/software, and conducting IT orientations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees on ITrelated issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of IT services.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security measures to safeguard company data and systems.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Experience with user account management, Active Directory, and group policy administration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are a plus.
