Customer Service Instructor, Daytime Program
Reports to:
Assistant/ Director of Programs
Location:
Vancouver, BC (on campus)
Salary Range:
$33.35 to $41.85 per hour
Description:
Greystone College Vancouver is seeking casual contracted instructors for daytime classes: Mondays to Thursdays 9:00 am PST to 2:30 pm PST, Fridays 9:00am to 12:00pm.
Job Duties:
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver instruction that follows established program curriculum
- Teach and guide students in customer service orientated class projects
- Provide individual feedback and direction to students throughout the program
- Evaluate and document student progress
- Keep abreast of current industry practices
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:
- Provincial Instructor Diploma or equivalent or minimum 2 years teaching experience
One of the following is required:
- Post-secondary degree
- Experience in Learning Management System (Moodle) and online teaching an asset
- Experience in TESOL international students a strong asset
