Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and customerfocused manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients in both
    English and French:
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and problem resolution.
  • Document and update customer records in the company's database.
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and achieve service goals.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

Qualifications:


  • Fluency in both written and spoken
    English and French:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in customer interactions.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with call centre technology.

Pay rate:
$21- $23


Location:
Mississauga, Etobicoke and Oakville

  • 8 hour shift
