Bilingual Call Center Agent - Mississauga, Canada - Alliance Group & Staffing
Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and customerfocused manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients in both
English and French: - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and problem resolution.
- Document and update customer records in the company's database.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and achieve service goals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both written and spoken
English and French: - Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in customer interactions.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with call centre technology.
Pay rate:
$21- $23

Mississauga, Etobicoke and Oakville
