Essential Club Manager in Training duties:

The Club Manager in Training will be accountable leading a team of employees in a positive, motivating manner with continuous influence in employee training and development.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Driving a positive culture through the commitment, communication of, and adherence to our Core Values, and ensure an ongoing commitment to the Judgement Free Zone (JFZ).-
Ensuring a consistent focus on quality communication and interactions, clean and organized clubs, and superb customer service throughout the club.
Ensuring safety of employees, members, and club property.
Consistently and constantly demonstrate a desire to be a team player.
Promoting/maintaining consistent accountability and adherence to policies and procedures.
Handling all front desk activities, including:
Answering phones in a friendly manner; assisting callers with a variety of questions.
Checking members into the system.
Signing up new members.
Taking prospective members on club tours.
Cleaning tasks; bathrooms, locker rooms, Black Card area, workout area, etc.
Responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high performing staff.
Ensuring repair and maintenance of both the facility and equipment to brand standards.
Tracking, achieving, and maintaining all key performance indicators (KPIs).
Elevating concerns to the CM and RM as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

Serviceoriented and able to resolve member concerns.
Basic computer proficiency.
Upbeat and positive attitude.
Punctuality and reliability are a must.
Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and must be 18 years of age or older. 12 years of experience in leading teams.
Initiative and strong communication skills.
Great organizational, relationship building and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness and aptitude to move into a CM role within 3 months.

Physical Requirements- Continual standing and walking during shift. Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift. Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift. Must be able to occasionally lift over 50 pounds.- Will encounter cleaning chemicals.
