As one of Canada's largest marine engineering integrators, we are looking for talented individuals to bring their skills to Fleetway as we lead the way in Canadian naval defense contracts (In Service Support).
The Scrum Master will work in a team environment within the Programs team and will oversee and manage software and product development teams.
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:
- Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decisionmaking processes.
- Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
Skill, Capabilities, and Experience:
- Education required: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
- A minimum of 35 years related work experience
- 25 years relavent work experience
- Excellent written and organizational skills
- Strong working knowledge of Agile technologies including Azure DevOps
All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance.
