Position Purpose:
- To administer, organize, track and control budgets and activities in order to ensure deliverables for the PPDT team are met on time and on budget. To attend meetings with the SVP and follow up on action items on behalf of the SVP. To coordinate standardize reports on behalf of the PPDT team to ensure deliverables are met in a timely fashion.
What You Will Do:

Provide coordination support to the SVP, Portfolio Planning Development And Transactions:
- Develop and maintain a tracking system for all corporate requests for information on behalf of the PPDT team.
- Support the deliverables for partnership meetings with MOI, MGCS, all Ministry Clients and for Minister, DM, Premier Office and Cabinet Office briefings on initiatives that is the responsibility of PPDT team.
- Research real estate information and analyze reports and presentations made by various departments in to ensure consistency and report any issues to SVP.
- Track the progress and the quality of work being performed within the various teams in PPDT department.
- Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, work hours (if project under Letter Of Direction (LOD)), budgets and expenditures.
- Coordinate activities, resources, and equipment, if applicable
- Track and manage contemplated change and communicate the effects (time and money) to the project lead.
- Develop system for tracking project deliverables on major real estate initiatives to ensure team members are providing deliverables per the project timelines; escalate concerns as required to VP or SVP.
- Ensures all deliverables assigned to the SVP are actioned and tracked.
- Composes and prepares draft written documentation, presentations and correspondence on behalf of SVP.
- Review and analysis information to ensure consistency and integration across the PPDT teams.
- Responsible for securing all necessary approvals based on IO's Delegation of Authorities (DOA) for all team related procurement documents and vendor invoices.
- Coordinate monthly PPDS leadership team meetings and Quarterly PPDS team meeting.
Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Real Estate or related field.
- You must have postsecondary degree or diploma in Business, Real Estate or equivalent, coupled with working knowledge of transaction management, financial analysis, real estate appraisals, and facility and property management.
- The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate handson real estate experience including the ability to analyze and amend technical, legal, and financial information and report these complex concepts in a clear, cogent and legible manner is essential.
- To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organization and attention to detail, and solid communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build positive relationships and deal effectively with external and internal stakeholders and a customer/client focused attitude, collaborative style and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment of an evolving organization is also required.

- The hiring range for this position is
$51,700 to $74,000 with a corresponding job level of
P1.
Employment in the Real Estate Division is conditional upon obtaining security clearance through the Program & Policy Enablement Branch, Supply Chain Ontario of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services.
