Description

We are looking for an experienced supervisor / manager to join our team.

Your role is bar manager and 2nd in command to our GM.

Have a desire to grow and learn in this role down the road to further your career in the bar industry.

Bring us ideas and show initiative.

You must be able to lead the staff and insure you are meeting the expectations of the ownership/ management team.

Especially when the GM is not around.

You will be on the floor/bar 4-5 shifts a week. Plus a weekly management meeting.

In charge of ordering, cocktail creation and menu streamlining.

Must be able to handle high paced drink service on weekend nights and on slower nights take the time to provide an excellent customer service focused experience while trying to create regulars.

Cocktail experience a must. Not high end... but high quality cocktails

Must be just as comfortable touching and serving tables as you are being behind the wood.

Maintain a clean and organized bar and keep your team on top of the cleanliness of the establishment.

Must be comfortable instructing staff members and disciplining when necessary.

Experience:

Previous experience in management required
Strong hospitality and customer service skills
Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to insure prompt service

You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and ability to provide exceptional customer service will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
