Medical Receptionist at Family Medicine Clinic, Part-Time

• Looking for someone who is organized, responsible, proficient at multitasking, and is an effective communicator.
• Daily tasks involve booking and checking in patients for appointments, answering patient phone calls, triaging patient concerns, conveying medical test results from physicians to patients, liaising with other medical offices and hospitals, and sorting through incoming medical reports and results.
• We are a wellestablished family medical clinic (not walkin clinic) consisting of 5 physicians, 1 clinic manager, 3 medical receptionists, and 2 nurses.
• You will receive training from our current staff to ensure a smooth transition.
• Prior medical office experience is valued and familiarity with Telus PS Suite EMR would be an asset.

Wage/Salary:
$20-22+ per hour (Salary will be commensurate with experience)

Hours:
Mon - Thurs. 9 am - 1 pm; be able to cover evenings or Sat mornings on occasion
