MHIRJ is seeking a
Business Analyst, ERP Data Management who is smart, curious and loves the challenge of solving problems that improve people's lives.

You'll collaborate with a fun and close-knit agile team.

In this role, you will be responsible to perform day-to-day operations as well as project delivery and support. Solving queries related to data management domain. The resource will be working with a cross-functional team and will maintain, analyze, and execute requests with utmost quality.

In your role, you will be:

Maintain and update databases and data systems / Accountable for the quality and accuracy of data.
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
Ensure timely and accurate update of data records in ERP systems.
Create reports and visualizations to communicate data insights to management / Develop and ensure all Data Management KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify areas for datadriven improvements.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality control checks.
Stay up to date with industry developments and new technologies related to data management.
Developing and implementing data management policies and procedures.
Take ownership of performance of data management procedures.
Ensure proper training and monitor the user adherence on the developed data management procedures.
Ensure that the company's data management business rules, policies and procedures are adhered.
Create / maintain / update the departmental procedures (SOP's) tools, and metrics for the master data team.
Provide process expertise to others to understand the impact of system enhancements/transformation on the company's processes and to understand how system functions and processes will generate the intended outcomes for business.
Build and maintain an indepth knowledge of the processes, systems, and data in a defined capability/service delivery area.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
57 years of experience in data management or analysis
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to interpret data and communicate insights to nontechnical stakeholders
Understanding of any ERP or relevant experience (SAP preferred).Past experience working directly in a SAP will be considered an asset.
Understanding of commercial contracts and respective Terms & Conditions
Great at communication, collaboration (verbal and written)
You are bilingual (French and English)
