This position is:

Hybrid, at least 3 days per week in office

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist with planning and execution of direct mail campaigns.
  • Review and perfect the customer experience through continuous evaluation of communications received, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
  • Assist with updating of website content in collaboration with the web team.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Additional Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education (Degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Minimum 1 year experience publishing web content. The ability to manage work within multiple content management systems is an asset.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, Google Analytics 4, SEO best practices and W3C accessibility guidelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality work.
