- Manage supplies and place supplier orders.
- Monitor inventory, analyze needs, and prevent stockouts or surpluses.
- Coordinate the receipt of components and production schedules.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and customer service for planning.
- Follow up with suppliers (pricing, timelines, compliance).
- Create and manage SKUs in the ERP system (SAGE 50).
- Optimize inventory levels (min/max) and storage space.
- Identify operational issues and suggest improvements.
- Manage logistics: transportation, shipping, deliveries, and exports.
- Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal partners.
- Perform any other related tasks.

- Team player, autonomous, and strong communication skills.
- Assets: Experience in metal or furniture manufacturing, knowledge of purchasing practices, inventory management, and industrial production, familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOM) and manufacturing processes.
