Founded in 2007, Pures College of Technology is a registered private career college under PCC act 2005 and also is designated as a learning institute for foreign students.


By 2015, Pures College and Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology established a partnership to deliver high quality programs to international students in our Toronto locations.

Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology is a public funded college established on 1967.

Overview:

By maintaining an organized and structured classroom environment, the Instructor helps ensure that students are progressing effectively.

The administration of assignments, tests, projects and exams will help students stay engaged and provide the Instructor with an accurate gauge of student success.

The Instructor works under the guidance and supervision of the Department of Academic Affairs at the College.

  • Assess and identify students' individual learning needs
  • Teach students using a variety of techniques: lessons, discussions, audiovisual presentations
  • Assign and correct homework, provide feedback to contribute to students' progress.
  • Answer students' questions
  • Help students improve their results
  • Maintain frequent and effective communication with students, parents and administration
  • Evaluate and review the progress of students
  • Curriculum development

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years' teaching experience with community college
  • Familiar with Ontario Community College teaching
  • Prefer instructor with native or near native English fluency
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude, highly responsible
  • Able to motivate and inspire students
  • Responsible and passionate about teaching
  • Able to help students with diverse educational backgrounds and learning abilities
