Customer Experience Specialist (Commercial)

Reporting to:
Customer Experience Manager

Location:
Mississauga, ON

The Opportunity:

Accepting and processing new orders from Territory Managers, Inside Sales Reps and customers in a call center environment
Keeping the customers and/or sales department aware of product availability and the status of their orders and issuing Order Acknowledgements
Making necessary changes, additions, deletions, substitutions or cancellations to equipment orders as required, including arranging for modifications to equipment
Releasing goods to meet customer requirement dates
First point of contact for customers for order/delivery updates
Manage commercial orders from beginning to end
Accepting and managing commercial orders

Skills & Behaviours:

A minimum 5 years' experience in a technical customer service environment and/or a postsecondary HVAC education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding customer focus with experience handling calls
Organized, independent worker who is able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and multitask
Proficient in Microsoft office and outlook
