This role will report to the Vice President, Information Technology & Automation.

  • Lead endtoend project management for system integration and deployment projects, ensuring alignment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Develop detailed system integration, implementation, and commissioning project plans, and schedules, and monitor their execution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project resources, including team members, contractors, and thirdparty vendors, and allocate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in system integration, deployment, and testing processes.
  • Lead change management efforts, including user training, documentation, and postdeployment support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing lessons learned in future projects.

What you bring to the table

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in system integration and deployment projects, preferably in a technologydriven environment.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, software development lifecycle, and integration methodologies.
  • Project management certification is desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a focus on finding solutions in complex and dynamic environments.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Valid G or G2 drivers' license and car.

Job Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex system integration and deployment projects from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in the technologies and systems relevant to the integration and deployment process.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for identifying and resolving technical challenges and bottlenecks during integration and deployment.
  • Skill in managing crossfunctional teams and fostering collaboration to ensure project success.
  • Experience in coordinating with external vendors and partners involved in the integration process.
  • Capacity to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Ability to guide stakeholders through changes resulting from system integration and deployment.
  • Understanding of quality control procedures to ensure the final deployed systems meet requirements.
  • Strong communication, time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Job Knowledge

  • Understanding of system architecture principles and how different components interact.
  • Knowledge of deployment strategies like continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevOps.
  • Proficiency with technology and Microsoftbased software packages.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) phases, especially testing and deployment
  • Familiarity with industryspecific compliance standards and regulations.
  • Skill in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
