Restaurant Supervisor


Duties:


  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers.
  • Create employee schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Skills:


  • Strong team management skills to effectively lead and motivate staff.
  • Experience in cooking or food preparation to understand kitchen operations.
  • Ability to assist in various roles within the restaurant as needed.
  • Knowledge of POS systems to handle transactions and manage orders.
  • Excellent hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
