Description
beBee Professionals is looking for an Intellectual Property Litigator to join our team in Quebec City.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition.
The Intellectual Property Litigator will also be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing for and attending court hearings.
The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, be licensed to practice law in Quebec, and have at least 5 years of experience in intellectual property law.
The candidate should also have excellent research, writing, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
