    Description

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Provide quality customer service to new and existing clients
    • Complete customer transactions in a courteous, accurate and timely manner
    • Process counter transactions in a manner that meets customer expectations
    • Identify sales opportunities and make referrals to the sales team for follow-up and closure so as to meet business goals set by the Branch
    • Provide administrative support to Personal Banking Representatives and the Operations OfficerQualifications:
    • Be fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
    • Accuracy and attention to details
    • Proven customer service, sales, cash handling experience or equivalent
    • College Diploma or higher level of education achievement in relevant fields in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration
    • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and analytic skills
    • Proficiency with computers and software tools, the ability to quickly adopt our internal systems and software packages
    • At least one year work experience
